How can I get free delivery at John Greed?
You can get free express delivery on purchases of more than £100 at John Greed. If you're shopping selected retailers, you can also get free standard delivery. For orders less than £100 and without selected brands, standard delivery costs £1.95.
Does John Greed have Black Friday sales?
Yes. You can shop up to 50% off at John Greed for Cyber Monday. This includes up to 50% off Nomination jewellery and charms. Once the sale is over, we won't see it for another year so make the most of the savings.
Does John Greed have a student discount?
Yes. You can get a 20% off student discount at John Greed. You will need to log into Student Beans to confirm you're a student. Once you have, you can then see your unique discount code.
What is the John Greed return policy?
John Greed now has holiday returns from October 30th 2025 - February 2nd 2026. Your item should be returned in its original condition and with any labels still attached. Earrings can only be returned unopened and in their hygiene bag. You should include an order number, return reason, and product code with your return.
