Can I get free delivery at H&M?
Yes, currently members can get free delivery on orders with the Black Friday sale. This would normally need a shipping amount of £40 to qualify. Standard shipping usually costs £3.99 or next-day shipping is £5.99.
Are there any H&M Black Friday deals?
Yes, absolutely! H&M have outdone themselves with 20% off sitewide and up to 40% off selected styles for Black Friday 2025. You’ll also get free delivery in-store or online for a limited time. You will usually need to be signed up to H&M as a member for these sales.
Is there an NHS discount?
Technically, yes. You can now get a 5% discount with your HealthServiceDiscounts account. However, this is for e-vouchers only — you can use e-vouchers as an alternative method to card payment.
Does H&M have a student discount?
Yes. Students can save 10% off their online purchases at H&M. You will need to log into your UNiDAYS account to confirm you’re a student. It’s worth noting student discount cannot be used with other offers and is usually for full-priced items only.

Refer-a-friend: Go to your H&M account and refer your friend to H&M to earn points. Simply click ‘invite a friend’ and share your unique referral link. Once your friend purchases using your link, you’ll be sent 150 points for your account. This translates to a £3 off voucher for your next purchase!
H&M members: Sign up for the H&M loyalty programme for exclusive promotions and points. You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spend, which can go towards future purchases. There are two tiers: core and plus. With the first core tier, you’ll get a birthday discount, exclusive sales, and free deliveries over £40. The plus tier also gives you early access to selected deals and exclusives.
Download the app: Save more on your purchase with the H&M app. You can occasionally find app-only deals, meaning they won’t even be on the website. The H&M app also keeps shopping simple — you can check your points, scan your code in-store, and add to your wishlist.
How to use your H&M discount code
