How do I contact Agoda by phone?
While Agoda heavily encourages customers to handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests through the Help Centre on their website, you can still reach a real human over the phone if you have an issue.

Note: you will need your Agoda Booking ID and the payment card you used to make the reservation because Agoda's automated phone system requires you to input your Booking ID before it will let you connect you to a live agent.
Does Agoda have a price match guarantee?
Yes, they offer a best price guarantee. So, if you book a hotel on Agoda and then find a lower price for the exact same room on another website, Agoda will either match the lower rate or refund you the difference.
To get your discount, you must take a screenshot of the cheaper rate and submit it through Agoda’s claim form by 11:59 PM the day before your scheduled check-in.
What is Agoda's cancellation?
Because Agoda is a third-party booking site, your cancellation rights depend entirely on the property and the rate tier you select at checkout. If you book a room with a free cancellation policy, you can typically cancel your reservation via your Agoda account for a full refund up to a few days before your holiday begins.
However, if you opt for a heavily discounted non-refundable rate or a secret deal, your booking is locked in, meaning you will not get your money back if your travel plans change.
